Ken Dewey, Chairman of ORCA, serves on the Executive, Finance and Public Safety Committees. He is also active in the Coast Guard Auxiliary flotilla.


Ken's work experience is in the energy finance field, primarily as a co-founder of Randall & Dewey, an advisory firm specializing in oil and gas mergers, acquisitions and divestments. He retired from Randall & Dewey in 2006, following its sale to Jefferies & Co. He is also a co-founder and board member of Caymus Capital Partners (an energy equity fund manager); a director of Energen Corporation (a public oil and gas company); and a director of Impact Guidance Systems, Inc. (a developer of downhole tools used in the oil and gas industry).


Ken is a graduate of Stanford University and the Wharton School. In 2010, Ken and his wife Debbie moved from Sausalito, CA, and became full-time residents of Ocean Reef.
